No, we get this question a lot but we aren't. You can view the process of our development here: https://www.tiktok.com/@orientalis.co/photo/7505117219349630230 You may see the same products on platforms like AliExpress, Temu, Shein or Etsy or other brands selling the exact same stuff, but we want to say that we started in May 2024 and back then we spent a lot of time and money into developing this product. There were no AliExpress products or other brands selling the same products. After a couple months when we started selling, our product started becoming a 'trend' on TikTok and Instagram. After that, a lot of people started choosing the easy way and started stealing our designs and car mat shapes. Because of this, you may see the product on other platforms but those are absolutely not our product or the same quality. We understand that there is competition, and that's natural in business. However, some competitors have gone beyond healthy competition and are copying our entire brand, designs, and even our marketing approach. We want to be clear that while competition is welcome, copying our entire brand identity is not. We produce our products in close partnership with our factory and never share disclosed information. We put hard work and developed this product ourselves.
We offer two universal size variants: V1 and V2. V1 fits most standard vehicles, while V2 is designed for cars with floor-mounted gas pedals. If you'd like a perfect fit, you can select our custom option. In most cases, V1 or V2 will work for your car.
No problem! If the mats don't fit, you can return them or exchange them for a different size or custom size.
Our car mats feature a non-slip backing, ensuring they stay securely in place while you're driving.
Our carmats are easy to clean. Simply vacuum regularly to remove loose dirt, and spot clean with a mild soap and water solution for stains. The materials are designed to hide dirt well, so they maintain their appearance even between cleanings.

When you select the custom sizing option, we'll email you after your order to confirm the exact specifications for your car. We'll create mats that perfectly match your vehicle's floor shape, pedal layout, and any specific requirements you have.
Pre-order allows you to reserve carmats that are currently being manufactured. You'll be among the first to receive them when they're ready. Pre-orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks, and you'll receive updates on the production status.
If you've already placed an order, you can track it anytime here: https://orientalis.co/en/tracking, just enter your email and postal code. For new orders: if the item is in stock we ship within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 1-10 days depending on your location.
